Return & Refund Policy

We only provide custom products and reserve the right to refuse any refunds and returns on the product that has been produced explicitly for the customer (Currently, all our orders are explicitly produced). Unless otherwise agreed with the customer in writing or error on our part.

To make your purchases go smoothly with us,

  1. We assign a dedicated sales manager for assistance till the product reaches its desired destination.

  2. We confirm (over call) the specifications of the products that were selected while placing the order on the website for more clarity.

  3. Production of the order is initiated only after acquiring approval from the customer by the sales manager over call.


We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of your order along with an unboxing video.

  3. Non-Cancellable Orders:

    • Due to the custom nature of our production process, once production has started, cancellation of the order is not possible. We commit resources and materials specifically for your order, making it unfeasible to halt production without incurring significant costs.
